Baby yoga is the perfect post natal class.
Enhance playful interaction between you and your baby.
 Each yoga move has been specially adapted; mini stretches & twists, upper & lower body movements. Every session will aid your baby to respond to movement & touch together, finishing off with a sensory activity.

What age is best for baby yoga?

Baby yoga is best from 6 weeks to pre crawling (around 6 months). It is an extension on from baby massage.

Each session is 45 minutes available upon request, maximum in a group is 4 . £7 per person.
